The Company was founded in 1988 based on an innovative concept: "to provide all types of companies with an infrastructure to work effectively." The first meeting room venue opened in 1989 in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés and consisted of 700 m². Since then the group has developed the concept by building and implementing a strategy that allows it to be today a major player in the east of Paris with a total area of around 7,000 square metres (offering 500 workstations) spread over 3 locations.

The meeting room venue is located in Marne-la-Vallée: RER A – Station Noisiel, station located 10 minutes' walk from the centre - bus door to door, Paris Centre approximately 25 minutes, La Défense approximately 35 minutes, A4 and A104 - quick access 500 m from the centre, motorway interchange east/west (A4) and north/south (A104), Paris – Porte de Bercy is 22 km from the centre.
