The October Hall is a double-height conference facility with large windows (blackout available), carrying the special aura of a palace hall in the Empire style. Here you can host a variety of events: conferences, seminars, symposia, banquets, dinner dances and other social occasions.

The air-conditioning system ensures comfort in the room in any weather. The hall is equipped with a large 13-by-5-metre screen and 2 projectors.

A theatre-style seating arrangement accommodates up to 350 people, and seated at tables – up to 140 guests.

The October Hall has a dedicated catering area. Coffee breaks and buffets are arranged to individual client requirements.

There is a small yet cosy adjoining Empire Room, designed in a blend of classical Empire and contemporary minimalist style, where separate bilateral meetings, negotiations, seminars, and similar gatherings can be held as part of the main event.

Convenient, secured parking is available adjacent to the building.

The October Hall hire rate is 2,000 UAH per hour. Full-day hire (up to 180 people) – 15,000 UAH; from 180 people – 20,000 UAH. Hire of the Empire Room is 600 UAH per hour, full day – 6,000 UAH. It is possible to hire the rooms separately.
